All press-on nails are handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, design placement, and appearance may occur.

Many of our products are made to order based on the options selected by the customer, including size, shape, length, and design.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information is correct before completing their purchase, including:

  • Shipping address

We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.


Processing & Shipping

Made-to-order products require processing time before shipment. Estimated processing times are provided on our website and may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.


Lost, Delayed & Returned Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers, incorrect shipping information, missing apartment numbers, unavailable access codes, or packages returned to sender.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
