Processing Times


We offer both Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship press-on nails.


Made-to-Order Sets

Each set is handmade specifically for you. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be created before it ships.


Ready-to-Ship Sets

These sets are pre-made and typically ship within 1–3 business days.


Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.


Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Information


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, including missing apartment numbers, unit numbers, or access codes.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.


Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages


Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.


Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
