FAQs

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

We offer Made to Order and Ready to Ship sets. 

Made to Order Sets:

Each set is handmade just for you based on the size, length, shape and design you choose. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Ready to Ship Sets:

These sets are already made in the listed size and are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your package until it arrives. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every set is made to order and created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. 

My package is lost/delayed?

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information, such as incorrect address, missing apartment or unit number, unavailable gate or access codes, failed delivery attempts, or packages returned to sender. 

Please note that shipping delays may occur during holidays or other high volume shipping periods and are out of my control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, I am no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost due to a carrier issue, please contact me and I’ll do my best to assist you with the next steps.

How do I find my nail size?

Choosing the correct size is important for the best fit. Please refer to my size guide on how to find your nail size. Please also note that there are no refunds for incorrect sizing!

What comes with my order? 

Every order includes:

• Mini nail file
• Cuticle stick/oil
• Alcohol prep pad
• Application instructions

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Yes! With proper removal and care, your press-on nails can be worn multiple times. Gently remove any leftover adhesive after each wear, store them safely, and they’re ready to use again.

How long do press-ons last?

Wear time depends on your application and daily activities. When applied correctly, your nails can last 1-3 weeks using nail glue. 

How should I care for my nails?

Avoid prolonged exposure to water for the first few hours after application. Wear gloves when cleaning, avoid using nails as tools, and store your nails safely after removal if you plan to reuse them.
